Using SponsorSkip

By using SponsorSkip, you agree to these terms. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for your own use while your access is active. Keep your account secure. Do not resell access, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. We retain ownership of our software; third-party content remains with its owners.

SponsorSkip uses available YouTube captions to detect sponsored segments. It can miss segments or skip incorrectly, and it requires compatible browser and YouTube functionality. You can undo a skip. SponsorSkip is independent of YouTube and Google.

Website content

The text, illustrations and screenshots on sponsorskip.app belong to Creststone Advisory LLC unless marked otherwise. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit to SponsorSkip. Republishing our images or articles needs our written permission; ask at support@sponsorskip.app.

Subscriptions and payment

Your first 20 videos are free, with no payment details needed. Pro costs $5.99 per month or $49.99 per year and includes up to 200 new video analyses per month. Ultra costs $12.99 per month or $129.99 per year and includes up to 1,000 new video analyses per month; Ultra analyses are processed first when the queue is busy. Prices are in USD. Paid allowances renew on the 1st of every month (UTC), including on yearly plans, and videos already analyzed by you or anyone else don’t count. A monthly safety limit on AI processing also applies; with typical videos you reach the video count first. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Purchases are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payments, taxes and billing under its Buyer Terms. Your subscription is billed in advance and renews automatically for the same monthly or yearly period unless cancelled before renewal. The price and billing period are shown before you pay. We will notify you of price changes before they apply to a renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel using the management link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused time or unused analyses. Mandatory legal rights and Paddle’s terms and refund decisions still apply. See our Refund Policy.

Service and responsibility

We maintain the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or perfect detection. Report problems to office@creststone.llc. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights when a service is faulty or not delivered.

We may suspend access for non-payment, fraud or serious misuse, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. Any rights you have concerning a service we discontinue remain unaffected.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. Changes will not remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.

Applicable law

These service terms are governed by Wyoming law, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims in your home jurisdiction. Paddle’s terms separately govern your purchase from Paddle.
