Architecture D now matches all 29 annotated sponsor segments across the fixed 24-video, 17.2-hour corpus with no false-positive or missed segments. Aggregate labelled-boundary overrun is 7.7 seconds; sponsor residual is 6.1 seconds. These are corpus results, not a universal accuracy claim.

The release suite recomputes detector metrics from hermetic transcript fixtures and compares them with the downloadable public benchmark. Code or corpus changes can no longer leave stale benchmark claims green by accident.
