No voluntary refunds

SponsorSkip subscriptions are paid in advance. We do not offer a money-back guarantee or voluntary refunds for a change of mind, unused time, partial billing periods or unused analyses, except where required by law or under Paddle’s terms.

Cancel future renewals

Cancel before your next renewal using the management link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle support. You keep access until your paid period ends. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel your subscription.

Your rights and Paddle

This policy does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered services. Immediate access does not, by itself, remove those rights.

Paddle is the seller and merchant of record. Its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply, including its authority to approve refunds.

Billing or service problems

Contact office@creststone.llc for service issues or billing errors. To exercise withdrawal rights or request a refund review, contact Paddle. Approved refunds are handled by Paddle.
